Security and Fraud Center

As your financial partner, we recognize the importance of protecting your account from fraud and other financial risks.  We take this obligation seriously and have installed internal and external procedures to alert us of pending identity theft or other privacy violations.

Within our website we present a wealth of information and offer website links so you may realize we have taken the necessary precautions with our services. We are not responsible for the content of other websites, data collection, security, or privacy practices.  We encourage you to review the privacy statements of all linked websites.

As a consumer, there are several ways you can protect your identity and privacy.

   - Protect your account numbers.  Never keep your PIN (Personal Identification Number) with your debit or credit
card.  This can provide easy access to your accounts if the card is lost or stolen.

   - Use caution when giving out your account numbers, social security numbers, etc. to others.  Never give this information to someone identifying themselves as a bank representative. You should not have to give that information out to them because official bank employees already have access to this information and will not need to ask for it.

Keep your address and phone numbers current. Whenever this is a change to your information, be sure to contact the bank as soon as possible.  This helps alleviate uanauthorized access to your accounts.
