Internet Banking Changes
Our Internet Banking provider will be making a global change enhancing our existing security requirements. Beginning Monday, April 8th, 2013, all Online Banking user’s Access IDs AND passcodes will be recognized as ‘case-sensitive’. Therefore, even if you are currently entering your existing passcode with upper and lower case characters, you will still be required to change your passcode with this modification.
To ensure that not all our users are forced to make this change to their passcodes on the same date, this global change will be applied equally among our entire Online Banking client base over a period of 45 business days. On any business day, sometime after April 8th, you will be requested to change your passcode to meet the new requirements.
