PROPER DISPOSAL OF CONSUMER INFORMATION:
Alliance Bank, in conformance with the Fair and Accurate Credit Transactions Act of 2003, requires our employees to properly dispose of consumer information derived from consumer reports to greatly reduce the risks associated with identity theft. All such information that is not retained in a permanent loan or deposit file is removed from employee work areas daily and shredded onsite. Any permanently retained information is secured in a vault or other protected area.
