New Accounts Representative
This is a nonexempt position responsible for providing frontline support and service to current and prospective customers. Daily activities include opening a new account for checking, savings, retirement, IRAs, HSAs, or certificates of deposit as well as assisting with answers and updates to their inquiries.
Understanding bank regulations and preparing necessary documents to ensure compliance is a daily expectation for this position. Cross-selling and business development are also included in the job duties.
