J. Michael Pobst is Market President of the Sikeston & Oran branches and he also serves as a member of Alliance Bank’s Executive Board. Mike was raised on a farm near Vanduser, MO. Mike started his banking career in agricultural lending in 1977 after graduating from Southeast Missouri State University with a degree in Ag Business. Over the years Mike has built a large agricultural client base in Southeast Missouri. With over 38 years of agricultural lending experience Mike is Alliance Bank’s senior agricultural lender. Having financed nearly every type of farm operation and ag-business over the last 38 years, Mike is the go-to-guy for all things ag-related.

Jim Gosche is Sr. Vice President and Commercial Lender at Alliance Bank’s Oran, MO branch. Jim was raised on a farm just west of Oran, MO where they raised hogs, cattle and row crops. Being the 3rd born of 5 children, Jim learned early how important farmers were to putting food on the table. Jim earned an Ag Business degree from Southeast Missouri State University in 1974 and started his agricultural lending career in 1975. With 4 decades of lending experience, Jim is knowledgeable enough to help his customers with any type of loan although his specialty is agricultural lending. Over the years, Jim has financed nearly every type of agricultural operation in Southeast Missouri & Southern Illinois.

Nathan Cox is Vice President and Commercial Lender at Alliance Bank’s Sikeston, MO branch. Nathan received his Bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Economics from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville in 2000. Nathan started his banking career as an agricultural lender at Capaha Bank in Southern Illinois in 2001. Over the last 14 years Nathan has financed multiple grain & livestock operations as well as multiple ag-businesses, ranging from Mid-Missouri to Northeast Arkansas. Nathan is approaching 2 years of service with Alliance Bank and is continuing to build upon the relationships he has developed over the years.

Jon Heuring is Vice President and Commercial Lender at Alliance Bank’s Oran, MO branch. Jon was raised on a farm near New Hamburg, MO. Jon received his Bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Economics from the University of Missouri in 2005. Jon started his agricultural lending career with American Agri Financial Services in 2006 specializing in farm real estate financing. With just under 2 months of service with Alliance Bank, Jon brings 9 years of agricultural lending experience with him. Jon is continuing to benefit from the agricultural relationships he has built throughout Southeast Missouri over the last 9 years.
